Racing your player to the top of the Mite Program will have little or no bearing on High School success or beyond. The majority of time it leads to no fun and they tend to drop out of hockey.  Allow them to be kids and stay with their buddies!

Each stage in this program will provide essential building blocks that should not be skipped.
