We just generated an email with your PIN information in it via the PIN Reminder feature. If you still are not recieving the email, we will find another solution to send you your PIN.

That is the email it was sent to. Please check your junk folders and if you have any spam filters please check them aswell. Your email is correct in our database and no one has had problems recieving our emails, therefore it must be something on your end.

I checked all the email/spam filters/junk email etc before I posted the original request. But I rechecked all of this and re requested the web page to send me a new pin. And I did not receive anything. |

Well all I can tell you is that our system emails the PIN information to whatever email address is in the system. I copy/pasted the email you used for this support request into our system just incase there was a space or something that wasn't noticeable and upgraded your email. Is there maybe another email address you have that we could send your PIN information to?

We have just come across the same issue from another one of our sites from someone else who has an email address at comcast.net just like you. It is possible that for some reason comcast.net email accounts are not allowing our emails through.
