Adding newsletter links |

The admin feature to add a new entry for the 'newsletters' page is creating a url that does not function from the Website.
Ex:

It looks like you didn't upload the files into the Upload Files section of the site maintenance area first and then use THOSE links to make the URL's. You need to do that in order for them to work.
