Online Registration (Multi)
2011-12 REGISTRATION AND PAST DUE NOTICE: All past due balances from the 2010-2011 season must be paid in full before a player is registered for the upcoming season. This includes fall clinics and try-outs. If you have questions please contact Julie Parrish, EHA Treasurer directly. Registration information for the 2011-2012 season is now posted. Registration with USA Hockey is required before you register with EHA. That can be done at any time. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Registration for the 2011-12 season is available on-line now. We would like all new and returning members to register on line. Please be sure to update the records with current data. Again this year is the requirement for all players to register with USA Hockey prior to registering with EHA. The registration process for USA Hockey is explained below. After registering with USA Hockey and paying the $40.00 fee, you will receive a confirmation number. You will need that confirmation number to complete the EHA registration process. At the end of the EHA registration process, you have the option to pay on-line with Visa or Mastercard or you can print out the form and mail in a check. The amounts listed below include the USA Hockey fee. You will be able to register for tryouts as part of the registration process. Registration for the Pre-Tryout Clinic is availabe on the Clinic Registration link. Thank you for your patience and we look forward to seeing you at the rink. USA Hockey Registration: All families will register first with USA Hockey this year. Online Registration will be a 2-part process this season. EHA will be directing all registrants to USA Hockey's registration page to first complete and pay the USA/MN Hockey registration portion, then back to the EHA site for completion. Players who have played this summer may have already been registered for the 2011/2012 season. If you have already registered with USA Hockey, use the instructions below on how to proceed. All families must first register all players with USA Hockey. In doing so you will get a confirmation number that you must use when registering with this site. USA Hockey Online registration for the 2011-12 season will be available starting July 31, 2011. For USA Hockey online registration: 1. Go to the USA Hockey Website. Each participant will pay the USA Hockey fee of $30 if age 7 or older. The USA Hockey fee is waived for age 6 (birth year 2004) and younger. There will also be an additional $10 MN Affilitation fee. Regardless of birth year the registration must still be completed to get the confirmation number. Once you have registered all players with USA Hockey, and have your confirmation pages, please return to this site to log in and register with EHA.

MAXIMUM BASE FEE PER FAMILY IS $3000 * New this year will be the option to pay the registration fee with multiple payments. Tryout fees will be due in full at the time of registration. If you choose to pay the fee with one payment, select the appropriate age level that states "Pay in Full". In addition to the option to pay via a credit card, we are also offering the option to pay with an e-check. The e-check option will appear when you take the option to pay via credit card. BOYS TRY-OUT FEE A FEE OF $120 (non-refundable) must be paid at the time of registration for all players who wish to try-out for one of the following teams: Pee Wee A & B Bantam A & B A FEE OF $70 (non-refundable) must be paid at the time of registration for all players who wish to try-out for one of the following teams: Squirt A & B GIRLS TRY-OUT FEE A fee of $75 (non-refundable) must be paid at the time of registration for all players who wish to try-out for one of the 12U Girls traveling teams. A fee of $70 (non-refundable) must be paid at the time of registration for all players who wish to try-out for one of the 10U Girls traveling teams. FUNDRAISER PARTICIPATION All EHA players (except 19U and Jr.Gold and 16U) must participate in the annual EHA fundraiser. See the EHA Handbook for details. PRIVACY The EHA website is powered by Mystify Your Web and secured by Authorize.net. No account information is stored or shared by Eagan Hockey Association or within any of its computers. EHA is compliant with all PCI compliance through Security Metrics as of 8/1/2011.
