Online Registration (Multi)

Registration for the 2009-10 season is now on-line. We would like all new and returning members to register on line. Please be sure to update the records with current data. New this year is the requirement to register with USA Hockey prior to registering with EHA.  The registration process for USA Hockey is explained below.  After registering with USA Hockey and paying the $40.00 fee, you will receive a confirmation number.  You will need that confirmation number to complete the EHA registration process.  At the end of the EHA registration process, you have the option to pay on-line with Visa or Mastercard or you can print out the form and mail in a check. The amounts listed below include the USA Hockey fee.  You will be able to register for tryouts as part of the registration process.  Registration for the Pre-Tryout Clinic is availabe on the Clinic Registration link.

NEW for the 2009-2010 Season:

USA Hockey Registration:  All families will register first with USA Hockey this year.  Online Registration will be a 2-part process this season.  EHA will be directing all registrants to USA Hockey's registration page to first complete and pay the USA/MN Hockey registration portion, then back to the EHA site for completion.

Players who have played this summer may have already been registered for the 2009/2010 season.  If you have already registered with USA Hockey, use the instructions below on how to proceed. 

All families must first register all players with USA Hockey.  In doing so you will get a confirmation number that you must use when registering with this site. The USA Hockey season goes from May 1 through April 30 of each year.

USA Hockey Online registration for the 2009-10 season will be available starting May 1, 2009.

For USA Hockey online registration:

Each participant will pay the USA Hockey fee of $30 if age 7 or older. The USA Hockey fee is waived for age 6 (birth year 2003) and younger. There will also be an additional $10 MN Affilitation fee.  Regardless of birth year the registration must still be completed to get the confirmation number.

Once you have registered all players with USA Hockey, and have your confirmation pages, please return to this site to log in and register with EHA.

If you choose to register in person, two sessions will be held at the Eagan Civic Arena Community Room on the East rink. The first date is Saturday, September 12th from 9AM to Noon and the second is Wednesday, September 16th from 6PM to 9PM.

The Registration Form and Pre-Tryout Sessions Form are available on the Forms link from the Home page for those who do not register on-line.  The Pre-Tryout form is for Squirts, 10U, 12U, Pee Wees and Bantams only.  Fill out the forms and mail them to:

Age Brackets and Payment Plan

MAXIMUM BASE FEE PER FAMILY IS $2400

* If paying on-line via credit card, the entire registration fee must be paid at time of registration.

BOYS TRY-OUT FEE

A FEE OF $120 (non-refundable) must be paid at the time of registration for all players who wish to try-out for one of the following teams:

Pee Wee A & B Bantam A & B

A FEE OF $70 (non-refundable) must be paid at the time of registration for all players who wish to try-out for one of the following teams:

Squirt A & B

GIRLS TRY-OUT FEE

A fee of $70 (non-refundable) must be paid at the time of registration for all players who wish to try-out for one of the 12U Girls traveling teams.
