2011-12 REGISTRATION AND PAST DUE NOTICE:

All past due balances from the 2010-2011 season must be paid in full before a player is registered for the upcoming season. This includes fall clinics and try-outs. If you have questions please contact Julie Parrish, EHA Treasurer directly.

Registration for the 2009-10 season is now on-line. We would like all new and returning members to register on line. Please be sure to update the records with current data. New this year is the requirement to register with USA Hockey prior to registering with EHA. After registering with USA Hockey and paying the $40.00 fee, you will receive a confirmation number. You will need that confirmation number to complete the EHA registration process. At the end of the EHA registration process, you have the option to pay on-line with Visa or Mastercard or you can print out the form and mail in a check. The amounts listed below include the USA Hockey fee. Thank you for your patience and we look forward to seeing you at the rink.

If you choose to register in person, two sessions will be held at the Eagan Civic Arena Community Room on the East rink. The first date is Saturday, September 12th from 9AM to Noon and the second is Wednesday, September 16th from 6PM to 9PM.

The Registration Form and Pre-Tryout Sessions Form are available on the Forms link from the Home page for those who do not register on-line. The Pre-Tryout form is for Squirts, 10U, 12U, Pee Wees and Bantams only. Fill out the forms and mail them to:

BOYS TRY-OUT FEE

A FEE OF $120 (non-refundable) must be paid at the time of registration for all players who wish to try-out for one of the following teams:

A FEE OF $70 (non-refundable) must be paid at the time of registration for all players who wish to try-out for one of the following teams:

Squirt A & B

GIRLS TRY-OUT FEE

A fee of $70 (non-refundable) must be paid at the time of registration for all players who wish to try-out for one of the 12U Girls traveling teams.

A fee of $70 (non-refundable) must be paid at the time of registration for all players who wish to try-out for one of the 10U Girls traveling teams.

FUNDRAISER PARTICIPATION

All EHA players (except 19U and Jr.Gold and 16U) must participate in the annual EHA fundraiser. See the EHA Handbook for details.
