Diann Dunlevy-Koch Fundraiser

  Eagan Hockey Friends and Family, 

  Many of you may know Diann Dunlevy-Koch, a member of our hockey family, mother of Alexa who played Eagan hockey for approximately 6 years. Diann is battling stage 4 lung cancer. She is currently receiving medical treatment in Chicago specific to her type of genetic mutation. She is putting up a great fight, and we want to help her in that fight. A fund-raiser is planned to help defray the costs of her travel and medical expenses. The fund-raiser includes a silent auction with MANY amazing items, a raffle for a $2700 Raymond Weil watch, a free taco bar and door prizes:

  $20 per person, children under 18 free. 

  Raffle tickets for watch - $10 per ticket, 6 for $50.
