Welcome to our website. The primary objective of this site is to serve the Eagan Hockey Association membership and improve communications. Our Association seeks to provide a community based and volunteer-driven program to promote the growth and development of our players. Our Association works to promote a fun, fair, and safe environment that maximizes participation and improves players' skills while developing sportsmanship, teamwork, and self-confidence. Membership is open to all players who live within the Eagan High School attendance area as defined by ISD 196.

***STARTER CLINIC***
Registration is now open.
EHA will again offer a Starter Clinic. This clinic is for any boys or girls that have not yet tried hockey and would like to give it a chance before making the commitment. It is low price and low pressure. This clinic gives kids AND parents the opportunity to give hockey a try. The clinic will be offered to any kid 5-10 years old with NO hockey experience.

2010-11 CORPORATE SPONSORSHIP PROGRAM ANNOUNCED
Below is a link to the Corporate Sonsorship program forms for 2010-11. If you or your employeer are interested in sponsoring EHA please use these enrollment forms. It is a great way to get your companies name advertised and help the youth hockey programs. If you have questions please contact Jeff Bergom
The 10,000 Shot Challenge is back this summer for its 2nd year. Players are encouraged to use the following log (www.eaganhockey.com/assorted/2010_EHA_10K_Shot_Challenge-3.pdf) to track their shots this summer. Players meeting the goal of attaining 10,000 or more shots over the course of the summer will be rewarded with an EHA 10K Shot T-Shirt. Of course, the side benefit of having a much better shot will also be a reward that the player will be able to take into the 2010-11 season.
Players will be expected to contribute $5 to the cost of the shirt if they reach their goal. If there are any questions on this player development challenge, feel free to contact Jay Borman at gjborman@comcast.net.
******EHA Board Committee Volunteers Needed
EHA is looking for a number of volunteers from our Membership for various committees during the upcomming season. It is important that we have representation and ideas from our membership for these committees. Here is a list of committees where we are looking to add member to for the upcoming season:

Bauer Hockey Stick Recall
Bauer Hockey just announced a recall of certain models of junior sticks that may contain lead paint.
If you have one of these sticks, call Bauer Hockey (# below) for instructions.
What's been recalled: Most of the sticks are older models: Twelve of them were manufactured prior to 2008.
Consumers are being advised to stop using the sticks immediately and call Bauer Hockey at 1-888-734-0443 for a replacement.
The specific models currently under recall are:
